REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
OVERVIEW
Thank you for purchasing from hilms.pro. We sell digital software licenses for the HILMS Learning Management System. Because our products are delivered electronically (license keys and downloadable software), traditional “returns” of physical goods do not apply. This policy explains when refunds may be granted and how to request them.
By completing a purchase on hilms.pro, you agree to this Refund and Returns Policy in addition to our Privacy Policy.
SECTION 1 - DIGITAL DELIVERY
After successful payment, you receive:
- A license key tied to your registered domain
- Access to download the HILMS installer
- Instructions to deploy on your own Hostinger hosting
Delivery is considered complete once your license is activated and the installer download is made available on the order confirmation page or via your purchase email.
SECTION 2 - REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Monthly and Yearly plans
You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase if all of the following are true:
- You have not successfully installed and activated HILMS using your license key
- You have not downloaded the installer package, or you agree to delete all copies from your systems
- You contact us at support@hilms.pro from the same email used at checkout
After 7 days, or once a license has been activated on a domain, monthly and yearly fees are non-refundable. You may cancel future renewals by not renewing before your plan expires; we do not auto-charge unless you purchase a subscription product that explicitly renews via Razorpay.
Lifetime plan
Lifetime licenses are a one-time purchase with permanent access (subject to our license terms). Because the full product and license are delivered immediately, lifetime purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where we fail to deliver a valid license.
Duplicate or erroneous charges
If you were charged twice for the same order, or charged an incorrect amount due to a technical error, contact us within 14 days and we will investigate and refund any verified duplicate or erroneous charge.
SECTION 3 - NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
Refunds will generally not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after download, installation, or license activation
- Failure to meet minimum hosting requirements (PHP, MySQL, Hostinger setup, etc.) on your server
- Issues caused by third-party hosting, DNS, SSL, or custom modifications to HILMS files
- Violation of our license terms (e.g. using a license on an unregistered domain)
- Partial use of a billing period (e.g. requesting a refund mid-month after active use)
SECTION 4 - CANCELLATIONS
Monthly and Yearly plans: When your plan period ends, your license expires automatically unless you renew. There is nothing to “return”; access stops at expiry. To avoid renewal, simply do not purchase again when your plan expires.
Lifetime plans: No cancellation is required; there are no recurring charges.
Deleting files from your Hostinger account does not entitle you to a refund if the license was already issued.
SECTION 5 - HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Email support@hilms.pro with:
- Your full name and purchase email
- Order date and registered domain
- Plan type (Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime)
- Razorpay payment ID or order reference, if available
- Reason for your refund request
We will respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
SECTION 6 - PAYMENT PROCESSING
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Refunds, when approved, are issued through the same Razorpay transaction channel. We cannot refund to a different card or account than the one used for purchase.

SECTION 7 - LICENSE REVOCATION ON REFUND
If a refund is approved, your license key will be deactivated on our license server and you must cease using HILMS and remove all installed copies. Continued use after a refunded license has been revoked may violate our terms.
SECTION 8 - CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Refund and Returns Policy at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Material changes will be noted by updating the “Last updated” date on this page.
